With our busy lifestyles and the need to juggle home, work and family issues, it is so easy for life to get on top of people. If you are experiencing burnout, or chronic fatigue and pain, I'm here to help you feel in control of your life again and to get relief from the symptoms that are holding you back.


Sometimes the demands coming at us outweigh the resources we have mentally, emotionally and physically. I can help you to identify and let go of the things in your life that drain you: things like over-thinking, toxic relationships, perfectionism and people-pleasing. Releasing the unnecessary pressures in life can help create the energy and space for the things that truly matter to us.


Working with me you will be empowered to take some time to focus on what you truly want to do and to feel in your life. You will learn effective self-help tools to manage stress and regulate your nervous system, allowing the body to begin to heal and recover.


I support those who are ready to take the steps required to heal and recover from burnout and chronic exhaustive conditions. Working with a great team of professionals beside me, I bring 25 years of experience and training in holistic health and my expertise as a Specialist Recovery Practitioner for chronic exhaustive conditions from The Chrysalis Effect.

I work from comfortable practice rooms in Sevenoaks, Kent but I can also offer online sessions to suit the needs of my clients.

After the initial consultation, if we decide we are a good fit to work together, I will create a bespoke package for you to address your individual needs and priorities, so that we both make a commitment to your recovery plan.


Packages include one to one sessions, plus email support and resources given in between appointments. Prices to be given during initial consultation (payment plans available).

Health and Wellbeing Coaching

Health and Wellbeing Coaching can help you to see clearly what is going on in your life that is driving your stress, overwhelm or chronic symptoms.


Perhaps you know your diet, relationships or career are negatively impacting your mental or physical health. You're feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and need to make some changes, but need help to take action or to overcome self-sabotage.


We will work together to make powerful shifts in your life, setting goals with me as your cheerleader to help you move past any obstacles in the way. I teach effective self-help tools to help you feel calmer, more productive and energised, enjoying better relationships and quality time in your week to spend on your hobbies and with the ones you love.


I aim to be non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and to provide a safe space to help you identify and prioritise what is important to you personally. I'm trained to be trauma-informed and neurodivergent aware and am able to offer advice and resources for challenges in these areas too.


I offer face to face sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent or sessions elsewhere on Zoom.

About me

Having had my own experience of burnout and later chronic pain and fatigue, I am able to empathise deeply with the challenges of living with these invisible symptoms and their impacts on clients and their families.


I know how frustrating it can be not knowing if you will be ill forever, and the anxiety and isolation that a lack of understanding and support can bring.


I've completed specialist training with The Chrysalis Effect, an award-winning organisation as a Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Coach and Specialist Recovery Practitioner for burnout and chronic exhaustive conditions, meaning that I bring 25 years of experience in complementary and holistic medicine.


I am also a Mindfulness Practitioner and a neurodivergent-aware coach.


In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films and playing the piano. I also enjoy yoga and being in nature.
